Keep a close eye on fails and proactively follow up on trade breaks. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Corporate Actions: Process corporate actions (dividends, distributions, splits, mergers, rights issues, etc.) meticulously to ensure accurate position records and timely distributions. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations of trade activities, cash and position balances, broker statements, and internal records across multiple asset classes. Quickly identify and escalate any discrepancies to the supervisor for prompt resolution. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of our operational services and present innovative suggestions to the team. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Project Support &amp; Testing: Provide hands-on support for ad-hoc projects and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) for various system enhancements related to wealth management operations. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Compliance Support: Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies to safeguard our operations. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Documentation: Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date documentation of all operational activities. </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we’re looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">1 to 2 years of relevant experience in securities trading or wealth management operations. (Highly motivated fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will also be considered). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in handling Mutual Funds is highly desirable and considered a strong plus.
