At E2, we value safety, innovation and collaboration, and we are dedicated to excellence.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Resource Forecasting Analyst to support utility infrastructure and capital project programs. This role will focus on forecasting construction workload, material planning, and coordinating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support operational planning and execution. The Resource Forecasting Analyst will have strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, field operations, logistics, and leadership teams.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Construction Allocation & Job Acceptance (CAP / JA Process) </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the monthly Construction Allocation Process (CAP) and Job Acceptance (JA) meetings. </li>\n <li>Coordinate with Project Management teams to identify projects ready for construction issuance. </li>\n <li>Prepare and distribute monthly batch information for field construction teams. </li>\n <li>Assist field personnel in evaluating whether work will be completed using internal construction crews or external contractors. </li>\n <li>Track accepted/rejected work packages and maintain accurate forecasting records. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Material Forecasting & Planning </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop monthly material forecasts using planned capital project lists and SAP data. </li>\n <li>Pull and analyze SAP Construction Units (CUs) to estimate annual material requirements. </li>\n <li>Validate forecasting assumptions and quantities with Gas Operations and Engineering teams. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to support material planning and inventory readiness. </li>\n <li>Participate in continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives related to forecasting processes and reporting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>New Business Process Support </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support forecasting and planning activities associated with New Business projects and programs. </li>\n <li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate project pipeline visibility and resource planning. </li>\n <li>Assist with reporting, tracking, and process optimization initiatives. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or related field preferred. </li>\n <li>3+ years of experience in resource forecasting, project controls, operations planning, scheduling, or data analytics. </li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. </li>\n <li>Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools. </li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar tools preferred. </li>\n <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. </li>\n <li>Comfortable leading meetings and coordinating across multiple teams. </li>\n <li>Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain accountability for deliverables.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting utility, infrastructure, construction, or capital project environments. </li>\n <li>Familiarity with construction allocation, workforce planning, or material forecasting processes. </li>\n <li>Experience collaborating with field operations, logistics, and project management teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc.</strong> offers an excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off.</p>\n<h2>Wage Data Per State Requirements</h2>\n<p>Pay range for this position is $38.00-$48.00/hr.
