The rigor of the programme should ensure that an individual that has completed the programme can be allocated an area of responsibility immediately.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Outputs and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>The Traineeship is primarily a hands-on, self-study program where the Trainee is expected to gain a full understanding of the theory, principles and operation of equipment across the various department</li><li>Participation in projects is aligned to the program requirements and brewery priorities</li><li>Apply VPO principles</li><li>Diagnosis of systemic and situational problems and troubleshooting</li><li>Participation in team structures including acting roles in identified leadership positions within the department</li><li>Communication of learnings and solutions across various levels of the business</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p><ul><li>BSC, BEng or Btech or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Energy or Mechatronics</li><li>BSC Chemical Engineering</li><li>BSC/BTech Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry or Chemistry or Biology</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Information:</b></p><ul><li>BAND: VIII</li></ul><p></p><p>SAB is an equal opportunity employer and all appointments will be made in line with SAB employment equity plan and talent requirements.
