Provides the assistance required to safely board clients and caregivers.</p><p>· Transports clients to and from approved pick-up location and destination within the Metropolitan area.</p><p>· Checks the van to ensure that no personal items are left behind.</p><p>· Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations regarding non-emergency transportation.</p><p>· Operate mobile devices, mobile software system, and operate GPS unit.</p><p>· Immediately reports traffic accidents to dispatcher, requesting police or ambulance service as needed.</p><p>· Communicate transport details with Dispatch.</p><p>· Pre- and post-vehicle safety and maintenance checks.</p><p>· Other functions may be assigned.</p>",
