St. Luke’s is also a Magnet hospital for nursing excellence. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Established team of 3 physicians and 3 Advanced Practitioners </li>\n <li>Established Pediatric practice serving the Hiawatha community</li>\n <li>Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic</li>\n <li>Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences</li>\n <li>Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community</li>\n <li>Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access </li>\n <li>24/7 hospitalist program is responsible pediatric inpatients</li>\n <li>Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM</li>\n <li>Full time opportunity</li>\n <li>CR Downtown clinic weekend rotation shifts are typically 6-7 per year </li>\n <li>Daily patient volume is an average of 18-22 </li>\n <li>Shared call amongst the providers.
