This role enables executive decision-making by consolidating inventory, and operational performance data across 30+ manufacturing plants and 5 regions into actionable intelligence.</p>\n<p>Reporting to the VP, Operations Strategy &amp; Governance, this individual serves as the primary business analyst for the Global Operations team owning the data backbone that powers the Global Operations Scorecard, and governance reporting. The role is critical to Vertiv's and the broader digitalization roadmap including AI tools deployment.</p>\n<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Global Operations Scorecard &amp; KPI Governance&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Own the data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the Global Operations Scorecard across all metric categories:\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Safety:</strong> TRR, Corrective Action Closure, Monthly Training</li>\n   <li><strong>Quality:</strong> Customer Claims, First Pass Yield (FPY)</li>\n   <li><strong>Delivery:</strong> OTIF-R, PDSL, RDSL</li>\n   <li><strong>Inventory:</strong> DIO, Cycle Count Accuracy</li>\n   <li><strong>Cost:</strong> Hourly Rate, Productivity, Efficiency</li>\n   <li><strong>Supplier:</strong> Supplier PDSL, Supplier RDSL</li>\n   <li><strong>Sustainability:</strong> Energy Use, Water Use, Tons of Waste</li>\n   <li><strong>People:</strong> Salary Turnover, Time to Fill, OOE</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Ensure KPIs are calculated per standardized global formulas, reported monthly (or quarterly where specified), and shared with the business in a regular, timely fashion</li>\n <li>Drive data governance standards including master data management, data dictionary maintenance, and regional data quality audits</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards (Power BI) providing insights into operational performance against 2025–2027 targets</li>\n</ul>\n<p>2. Business Analysis &amp; Cross-Functional Support&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with Offering Management, Sales Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Procurement to compile reporting that supports key global decisions</li>\n <li>Perform data analysis: collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in global operations</li>\n <li>Evaluate existing business processes and recommend data-driven enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity</li>\n</ul>\n<p>3.
