    "jobDescription": "<p><b>Position Summary:</b></p><p>The AMBSE Event Experience Associate will support the delivery of a world-class fan experience during FIFA World Cup matches at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This role is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, safe, and efficient environment across all phases of the fan journey while monitoring operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting real-time adjustments.</p><p>Associates will serve as visible ambassadors of the stadium experience, ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of hospitality and professionalism.</p><p></p><div></div><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Deliver a world-class fan experience through proactive, friendly, and knowledgeable engagement at all guest touchpoints</li><li>Maintain a strong hospitality presence while supporting fan navigation, wayfinding, and overall comfort within the venue</li><li>Monitor fan flow and stadium conditions across key phases of the event (pre-event, ingress, interior circulation, and egress)</li><li>Identify and escalate operational issues that may impact guest experience, safety, or efficiency</li><li>Support pre-event readiness by ensuring fan-facing areas are clean, organized, and prepared for arrival</li><li>Reinforce clear communication and guidance for guests in high-volume areas</li><li>Interact professionally with guests, internal teams, and partners at all levels of the organization</li><li>Observe and document trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement</li></ul><p></p><div></div><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Endorsement from partnering University contacts</li><li>Must be a college sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality</li><li>Ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li><li>Professional demeanor when engaging with guests, leadership, and cross-functional teams</li><li>Strong attention to detail and situational awareness</li><li>Ability to remain composed, proactive, and solutions-oriented under pressure</li><li>Team-oriented with flexibility to support multiple operational areas as needed</li></ul><p></p><div></div><p><b>Schedule &amp; Work Environment:</b></p><ul><li>Event-based role, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Requires standing, walking, and working in a large, high-capacity stadium environment</li><li>May include both interior and exterior assignments even in inclement weather conditions</li></ul><p></p><div></div><p><b>Position Impact:</b></p><p>AMBSE Event Experience Associates play a critical role in delivering a seamless and high-quality experience throughout the FIFA World Cup.
