Our growth will continue as we add team members that strive to be the best, commit to taking care of our customers, and continue to train so that they can accomplish team goals and obtain career advancement opportunities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong> The ATE Field Technician is a mobile, field-based role responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services to Crash Champions locations. This position requires daily travel to customer sites and plays a key role in upholding ATE’s standards of safety, accuracy, and customer service. Technicians are expected to demonstrate integrity in all service recommendations and documentation, ensuring only services required by OEM standards are performed. </p>\n<p>automotive tech auto technician Mechanic auto tech automotive technician mobile tech mobile technician Diagnostics Diag ADAS technician systems Calibration ASE Master Technician ICAR I-CAR Autel OPUS Dealership</p>\n<p>Dealer Car Cardaq Genesis Kia Hyundai Ford Honda Chevrolet Chevy Audi BMW Mercedes Tesla Rivian Subaru Lexus Mitsubishi Cadillac Nissan Porshe Jeep Mopar VW ODIS Protech Caliber Elitek Elite Mobile Auto Solutions Journeyman Technical </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.</li>\n <li>Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.</li>\n <li>Perform a range of vehicle services including diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.</li>\n <li>Ensure all services—particularly calibrations—are clearly documented, required per OEM guidelines, and approved prior to execution, in alignment with company policies.</li>\n <li>Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and confirm successful repair outcomes.</li>\n <li>Provide excellent customer service by:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Managing difficult situations with transparency and urgency.</li>\n   <li>Communicating promptly and professionally with shops and internal stakeholders.</li>\n   <li>Escalating concerns when needed.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Participate in team meetings and training sessions as assigned.</li>\n <li>Properly care for, maintain, and secure ATE-issued tools, equipment, and vehicles.</li>\n <li>Stay current on ATE and OEM protocols through required training and Champions Connect updates.</li>\n <li>Travel daily to service locations and meet productivity and quality goals.</li>\n <li>Accurately manage documentation and complete final billing before leaving the site, per MCP guidelines.</li>\n <li>Work assigned schedule including Saturday coverage as required by market needs.</li>\n <li>Maintain flexible availability to meet customer service commitments across all assigned business days.</li>\n <li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2–5+ years of automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1–3), programming, diagnostics, and wire/connector repair.</li>\n <li>Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform and interpret vehicle health scans using both factory and non-factory tools.</li>\n <li>Skilled in reading and interpreting OEM and aftermarket service information and wiring schematics.</li>\n <li>Ability to program vehicle modules using factory or approved non-factory software.</li>\n <li>Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain technical findings.</li>\n <li>Technologically savvy, with proficiency in platforms such as Outlook, Teams, and Word.</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency, self-motivation, and a positive, professional representation of the ATE brand.</li>\n <li>Must be a continuous learner, eager to develop new skills and grow within the role.</li>\n <li>Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, shop environments.</li>\n <li>Willingness and ability to travel daily to service locations (local/regional) using a company-provided vehicle.</li>\n <li>Saturday availability required on a rotating basis (typically every other Saturday, 9 AM - 12 PM or as scheduled)</li>\n <li>Flexible Saturday schedule availability to ensure continuous market coverage</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible schedule including Saturdays to support business operations.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in automotive shop environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and annual updates:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical Insurance</li>\n <li>Dental Insurance</li>\n <li>Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Group Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Disability Insurance</li>\n <li>401k Retirement Plan with match</li>\n <li>Referral Bonus (“Cash From Crash”)</li>\n <li>5 Paid Holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are committed to providing competitive compensation for this role.
