Provides executive-level visibility into supply risks, shortages, mitigation strategies, and recovery plans to support realistic program execution and customer commitments.</p><p></p><p>Leads Materials Core Team activities and drives execution accountability through matrix management of buyers, planners, production control, and sourcing organizations. Collaborates closely with Engineering and TPM teams to align BOM readiness, engineering changes, and execution milestones with operational capability.</p><p></p><p>Acts as the primary operational escalation owner for critical supplier, material, and execution issues impacting ALD NPT programs. Leads supplier shortage reviews, recovery planning, and cross-functional escalation management to resolve supply disruptions and protect program execution.</p><p></p><p>Challenges unrealistic schedules, recovery expectations, and program assumptions when operational realities, supply chain constraints, or manufacturing capability do not support desired business outcomes.
