As part of our commitment to excellence, we strive to provide our customers with a friendly team, a clean and welcoming facility, and a high-quality wash on every visit.</p>\n<p>The Shift Lead at Raindrop Car Wash serves as an extension of site management by supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring team performance, and maintaining tunnel uptime during assigned shifts. While not responsible for full-site <br>leadership, the Shift Lead is expected to uphold and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coach teammates in real time, support and assist in basic troubleshooting of equipment or chemical delivery.</p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive membership sales when operating in kiosk lane, especially during peak period.</li>\n<li>Serve as the shift supervisor when the upper management is not present.<br>• Maintain consistent coverage and proper positioning of all customer associates.<br>• Deliver corrective coaching or redirection in the moment.<br>• Ensure prep, lot, and kiosk functions are active, organized, and on pace<br>• Identify, document, and fix basic equipment issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Requirements</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong verbal communication skills<br>• Ability to multitask and lead by example in high-volume environments<br>• Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility<br>• Practical knowledge of wash equipment and flow<br>• Ability to observe and respond quickly to issues on site<br>• Calm, confident demeanor under pressure<br>• Willingness to support both teammates and customers at all levels<br>• Attention to detail and pride in site presentation<br>• Ability to stand and move for long periods and lift 35+ pounds as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Working Conditions</span>:</p>\n<p>This position involves outdoor work in variable weather conditions and requires frequent movement between areas of the site. Exposure to water, chemicals, and motorized equipment is common. Shift Leads are expected to work weekends, evenings, and cover gaps in the schedule when needed.</p>",
