This role engages with customers on the showroom floor, identifies their needs, presents OEM vehicle options, and guides them through the sales and delivery process. As a frontline representative of the dealership and OEM brand, the Sales Associate maintains strong product knowledge, professionalism, and a customer first approach. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities and Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet customers in the showroom promptly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression. </li>\n <li>Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements, lifestyle, and budget.</li>\n <li>Present and demonstrate new vehicle models, features, technologies, and OEM advantages. </li>\n <li>Guide customers through the full sales process, including test drives, product walkarounds, and delivery coordination.</li>\n <li>Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on all new OEM models, trim levels, packages, and competitive offerings.</li>\n <li>Utilize CRM tools to log customer interactions, follow-ups, appointments, and sales progress. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with Sales Managers, F&I, Service, and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.</li>\n <li>Participate in dealership sales events, product launches, and showroom merchandising activities.</li>\n <li>Complete all required paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Engage in ongoing training to strengthen sales techniques, product expertise, and customer service skills. </li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned by leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Qualifications </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; automotive industry experience is considered an asset.</li>\n <li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills. </li>\n <li>Ability to understand and explain detailed vehicle features and technology.</li>\n <li>Goal oriented with a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism. </li>\n <li>Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital retailing tools.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. </li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key Words: sales representative, rep, consultant, automotive, car sales, customer service, AMVIC, server, bartender, advisor, commission, trainer</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>INDCVO</p>\n<h2>Posted Salary Range</h2>CAD $50,000.00 - CAD $170,000.00 /Hr.",
