          "text": "<p><strong><em>Broad Function and Purpose of Position</em></strong>:</p><p>Develop, organize, administer, and maintain the Company’s Environmental Health &amp; Safety Programs. Lead regulatory efforts, environmental compliance, process safety and sustainability and help drive the culture toward interdependence.&#xa0; Foster the well-being of its employees and customers, and the community. The primary support for this facility is for our Brighton, CO site with additional support to a facility in Denver.</p><p><strong><em>Specific Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><p><u>Environmental, Health &amp; Safety Program management:</u></p><ul><li>Lead site in areas of Environmental, Health &amp; Safety, Ergonomics, Industrial Hygiene and Emergency Response.</li><li>Coach leadership team on safe behaviors, conditions, and approaches for improved safety culture</li><li>Lead and manage all aspects of EHS training</li><li>Lead site for key Risk Assessments such as HIRA, JHA/JSA, and Safe Work Permitting&#xa0;</li><li>Participate in Gemba / Safety walks focusing on behaviors and conditions</li><li>Ensure proper utilization of company EHS systems such as Sphera, HSI SDS Program, and Gensuite</li><li>Support site engineering for compliance with company Process Safety efforts and EPA RMP</li><li>Lead and manage incident/accident investigation processes for near misses and all injuries</li><li>Facilitate New Hire EHS Orientation for temporary and full-time employees</li><li>Participate in the site Behavior Based Safety program</li><li>Lead assist in Root Cause Analysis for incidents / near misses</li><li>Integrate all Corporate and Regional Environmental, Health &amp; Safety programs into daily operations</li><li>Participate and assist in managing Management of Change (MOC) process</li><li>Lead site Emergency Response Team</li><li>Submit State and Federal EH&amp;S reports (TRI, Tier II, etc.)</li></ul><ul><li>Assist sites to implement Corporate EHS Standards and Procedures</li><li>Assist Human Resources regarding workers compensation case details from injury reports and follow-up analysis needed once employee returns to work</li><li>Support small Ad-Mixture site of approximately 5 personnel in the Denver area</li></ul>",
