If you are ready to build the future of transportation alongside people who inspire you every day, you belong here.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Fabricate complex wire harnesses, troubleshoot intricate electrical systems, and collaborate with Engineering on process improvements</li>\n <li>Build and self-inspect complex wire harnesses; operate acceptance tests, isolate faults, and perform component-level repairs</li>\n <li>Implement key ideas and process improvements that drive company growth</li>\n <li>Contribute to projects and drive efficiency in a production environment</li>\n <li>Follow and document work via Google/Microsoft Suites and digital instruction platforms</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, organized work area while performing all job functions safely, professionally, and in accordance with company standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma/GED</li>\n <li> 6yrs + experience in harness fabrication or related electronics manufacturing</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented, builds high-quality assemblies and enjoys creative problem-solving</li>\n <li>Expert level understanding of electronic components, electronics design, troubleshooting complex systems, and the ability to distinguish wire colors</li>\n <li>Stand fand sit or long periods of time, maneuver in tight spaces (bending, stooping, crawling)</li>\n <li>Work extended hours/weekends as needed, and travel up to 10%</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and excellent collaborative problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a passion for mastering new technologies</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 50lbs aided or unaided throughout the day</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s or technical degree preferred; IPC-A-620, IPC-J-STD-001, or FAA certification standards are a strong plus</li>\n <li>Experience with electrical systems quality inspection</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Lean methodologies (Toyota Production System, Kaizen)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is  $39-$52/hr.
