NeuroStim TMS Centers treat patients with a breakthrough, FDA cleared medical device without medication and harmful side effects. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive form of brain stimulation that uses an MRI-type coil to send magnetic pulses to improve neuronal connectivity and brain function. We seek a highly motivated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to become part of our dynamic team. Pay is commensurate with experience and your potential for growth and development within this position. This is a Part-Time or Full-Time Position</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>PMHNP Responsibilities</strong></u></p><p><strong>Clinical Care</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive assessments.</li><li>Provide ongoing medication management for assigned caseload as needed.</li><li>Develop treatment plans that align with client goals and clinical best practices.</li><li>Monitor medication response, side effects, contraindications, and risk factors.</li><li>Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.</li><li>Prescriptions for TMS Therapy &amp; other treatments</li><li>Perform TMS cortical mappings</li><li>Oversee staff technicians who perform daily TMS treatments</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate care with internal therapists, psychologists, and outside referents.</li><li>Participate in case consultation and interdisciplinary discussion as needed.</li><li>Communicate treatment progress and care plans with clients and families when appropriate.</li></ul><p><strong>Patient Experience &amp; Clinical Contribution</strong></p><ul><li>Provide empathetic, professional care to clients of varying backgrounds.</li><li>Utilize evidence-based approaches to support symptom reduction and stability.</li><li>Contribute to a supportive, growth-focused clinical environment.</li><li>Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and strengthen clinical practice.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Compensation:</strong> $80-95 per hour</li><li>401(k) retirement plan with employer match up to 4%</li><li>Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support</li><li>Flexible scheduling and telehealth options</li></ul>",
