The front desk is more than a point of entry—it is the threshold to restoration.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>\n<p>We’re seeking a Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of Drift Spa. This role ensures a seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out, while upholding our philosophy of luxury service and intentional care. If you love hospitality, organization, and creating a sense of ease for others, this role is for you.</p>\n<ul>\n <li> Warmly welcome guests and guide them through their spa experience.</li>\n <li>Manage appointments, scheduling, and guest communications with accuracy andprofessionalism.</li>\n <li>Provide knowledgeable recommendations on services, treatments, and retail products.</li>\n <li>Support the team with administrative tasks and coordination to ensure operational flow.</li>\n <li>Anticipate guest needs, resolving concerns with thoughtfulness and integrity.</li>\n <li>Maintain the front desk area, lobby, relaxation room, and sanctuary (locker rooms) as a calm,organized, and inviting environment.</li>\n <li>Perform tea ceremony/ aromatherapy for guests, with intention, precision and gratitude.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Previous proven experience in hospitality, spa, or luxury service preferred.</li>\n <li> Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication.</li>\n <li>Professionalism balanced with warmth and empathy.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask gracefully in a guest-facing role.</li>\n <li>Alignment with holistic wellness and Drift’s philosophy of intentional care.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
