This role is ideal for someone who has supervised in a high-volume environment and is ready to step into a true management position.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You’ll be one of two Front of House Managers working alongside our GM, AGM, and Kitchen Manager to keep service running smoothly and the bartender team performing at a high level.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Own </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Lead shifts as Manager on Duty and keep service running smoothly in a high-volume bar environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Schedule and manage a team of 20+ bartenders (coverage, swaps, staffing levels)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Coach and support the bartender team while maintaining strong guest service on the floor</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Build and maintain a reliable bartender schedule that properly staffs busy nights without blowing labor</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Establish strong floor presence and earn the respect of the FOH and BOH team on duty</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Keep shifts organized and service flowing during peak nights and league events</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Be Doing</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">This is a hands-on leadership role.
