    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p>Odyssey is looking for an amazingly talented <strong>C2BMC Principal Acquisition Analyst</strong> to join our team! In this role you will support the Missile Defense Agency’s Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) Team. This assignment requires a seasoned professional with a detailed understanding of DoD acquisition processes to include cost, schedule, and performance of contracts.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Duties include, but not limited to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Utilize working knowledge of applicable DoD acquisition directives to support the development of Missile Defense System (MDS) acquisition policy, plans, processes, procedures, and guidance for MDS development and fielding</li>\n <li>Develop Acquisition Plans, Justification and Approvals, Request for Proposal packages, Statements of Work, and Contract Data Requirement Lists</li>\n <li>Interpret MDA acquisition guidance to support acquisition planning and MDS program integration</li>\n <li>Prepare planning documents to coordinate integrated acquisition strategies within the MDS and OGA partners</li>\n <li>Develop reports, information papers, decision papers, and briefings for senior leadership and external stakeholder leadership</li>\n <li>Support and interact on a daily basis with high level DoD Officials (O-6 and above, GS-15/NH-4 equivalent), sitting on-site with the DoD Program Office and ability to deliver products successfully in a fast paced environment (on demand)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Citizenship: Must be a US citizen</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications:</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Clearance</strong><strong>: </strong>Activer Secret clerance</p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelors Degree</p>\n<p><strong>Years of Experience: </strong>20+ years of relevant experience</p>\n<p><strong>Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess knowledge of acquisition processes/activities required to support the evaluation of contract performance against the program baselines</li>\n <li>Experience translating technical requirements into contract requirements</li>\n <li>Capable of working independently or leading cross-functional teams to research, track, and complete ad hoc tasks associated with the PWS</li>\n <li>Experience in cost, schedule and performance management for a space based program and/or a DoD</li>\n <li>Expertise in strategic planning, acquisition strategy development, and development of key acquisition documentation to support acquisition strategy approval and execution</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>Master Degree</p>\n<p><strong>Years of experience: </strong>12+ years of relevant experience</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior MDA experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Additional Information:</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>MDIOC, Shcreiver SFB</p>\n<p><strong>Travel: </strong>Yes- level TBD based on Customer requirements</p>\n<p><strong>Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid: </strong>Customer site; telework authorized, subject to change at the customer's discretion</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-JK1</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Odyssey </strong>is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
