We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people’s lives and we want&nbsp;<strong>YOU&nbsp;</strong>to join our team!</p>\n<p><strong>What&nbsp;you will be doing:&nbsp;</strong>You’ll be responsible for performing guard and patrol duties in assigned areas to protect life and property against theft, misappropriation, fire, flood or similar disaster in compliance with government and management directives.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>Essential duties:</strong></p>\n<ol>\n <li>Ensure the physical security of buildings, center vehicles, and property by checking doors, windows, lights, electrical appliances, equipment, locks, and emergency equipment.</li>\n <li>Maintaining logs, incident reports, and conducting investigations.</li>\n <li>Perform parking and traffic control.</li>\n <li>Assist in transporting students, and reporting and suppressing fires.</li>\n <li>Assist senior security officer and manager in coordinating and instituting programs that foster student retention.</li>\n <li>Assure accountability of students, staff, and visitor check-out and check-in proceedings by scheduling coverage.</li>\n</ol>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</strong>:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent and one year security or completion of a security training program preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Management &amp; Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
