You will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sorts textiles by weights and washes soiled textiles in laundry equipment. </li>\n <li>Dries textiles carefully to assure high standard of appearance. </li>\n <li>Is responsible to keep laundry room and linen rooms clean and orderly. </li>\n <li>Operates folding machines and ironer. </li>\n <li>Cross train in all areas and aspects of the laundry linen process, from sorting, washing, drying, and distributing of textiles. </li>\n <li>Periodically attends education and training session to maintain maximum capacity of commercial washers and dryers to operate efficiently. </li>\n <li>Wear required protective equipment, i.e.; gloves and gowns while working with soiled textiles. </li>\n <li>Take soiled linen from the laundry chute area and place in tubs for processing. </li>\n <li>Remove empty tubs from the stocking areas as necessary and relocate them to the soiled linen room. </li>\n <li>Switch out linen carts at various locations throughout the communities as assigned by Supervisor. </li>\n <li>Sort all textiles according to type and place directly on carts or shelving for storage. </li>\n <li>Maintain acceptable records of work processed as assigned by Supervisor. </li>\n <li>Notifies Supervisor of any discrepancies in textiles or repairs to carts as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A positive, reliable team member who enjoys active, hands-on work</li>\n <li>Less than high school education OR up to one month of related experience/training (we will train!)</li>\n <li>Strong attention to safety and proper work practices</li>\n <li><strong>Valid PA Driver's License and car access required</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Schedule & Hours</strong></h2>\n<p><strong>40 hours per week</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Monday–Friday, 6:30am- 3:00pm</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Work Location</strong></h2>\n<p><strong>Millwood Operations Center</strong>Willow Valley Communities480 Millwood RoadWillow Street, PA 17584</p>",
