    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p>As a Production Planning Coordinator at Custom Power reporting to the Production Manager, you will be the vital link between planning, materials, and the production floor. You will ensure the accurate and timely creation and management of production jobs, coordinate material flow, and maintain system integrity to keep our complex manufacturing operations running smoothly.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>The type of person we are looking for (About You)</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>You will have a flexible and adaptable approach to your workload. You will be eager to learn new skills and seek development opportunities in the course of your employment.</p><p><strong>The Role (What you&rsquo;ll be doing)&nbsp;</strong></p><p>This role encompasses the following responsibilities:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Creates Jobs through the ERP System accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Checks job material shortages and coordinates with the warehouse to backfill materials.</li><li>Ensures jobs are created and back-scheduled correctly to meet production timelines.</li><li>Works with the Production Manager to ensure materials are dispositioned correctly in the QMS/ERP system and are returned to stock efficiently.</li><li>Processes Job amendments and BOM changes per the ECN/DCO process and ensures the job traveler is updated accordingly.</li><li>Ensures a smooth flow of materials from the warehouse to the production line.</li><li>Supports continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within planning and production.</li><li>Ensures all production and planning documentation is accurate and up to date.</li><li>Assists with compliance to safety, quality, and company policies in all activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Proven experience in a production coordination, planning support, or similar role within a manufacturing environment.<br>&nbsp;Strong practical experience and proficiency with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor).<br>&nbsp;Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to administrative and system-based tasks.<br>&nbsp;Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between warehouse, production, and management teams.<br>&nbsp;Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.<br>&nbsp;A proactive problem-solver with a focus on process accuracy and flow.</li></ul><p>The following are a benefit but not a requirement:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Supply Chain Management or a related field.</li><li>Experience with production planning software.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor).</li></ul></div></div>\n",
