All products are constructed offsite in a controlled environment and conform to the same building codes as traditional construction. ModCorr&rsquo;s safe, secure and high-quality units comply with all American Correctional Association (ACA) and American with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">The Estimator is responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and executable cost estimates for detention equipment and manufactured building components. This role bridges <strong>design, manufacturing, and field installation</strong>, ensuring estimates fully capture material, labor, fabrication, logistics, and installation requirements.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Estimator works closely with <strong>engineering, production, procurement, and operations teams</strong> to ensure estimates align with real-world manufacturing capabilities and project execution strategies.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preconstruction &amp; Estimating</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare detailed cost estimates for:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Detention equipment packages (doors, frames, hardware, security glazing, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Fabricated components and assemblies&nbsp;</li><li>Modular / precast-integrated systems&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and BIM models&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze bid documents, specifications, and scope requirements&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Manufacturing &amp;
