    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Childpeace Montessori is seeking a Primary Guide to join our Children’s House Program. The Primary Guide will lead an established classroom with approximately 25 students alongside a supportive Assistant. This position works within the Children’s House Program that consists of four Primary Classrooms, two After School Care Clubrooms, and a Program Director.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Our ideal candidate has an AMI Primary Diploma (required), Bachelor’s degree (required) or higher, experience guiding a class of 3 to 6 year-olds, and knowledge of the typical developmental needs and tendencies of the primary-aged child.
