    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Inventory Technician II processes requests, pulling, and delivering of stock items to ordering departments. Also responsible for receiving and delivering special orders item(s) to the appropriate departments.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsibilities depend on assigned level (I, II) and hospital needs</li>\n <li>Works with the Receiving & other Shift Supervisors/Managers, Inventory Control Analysts and Customer Service Specialists with requests for priority services and to report issues</li>\n <li>Must be detail, action, and results oriented</li>\n <li>Must demonstrate mature judgment in managing responsibilities</li>\n <li> Requires specialized expertise in the CHOP processes, methods, and skills related to inventory management</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n <li>Pick items from storeroom to stock totes carts for PAR locations</li>\n <li>Pick items from storeroom to stock carts for bedside mother carts</li>\n <li> Put away products received for the storeroom inventory</li>\n <li>Cycle count carousel items</li>\n <li> Retrieve, restock, and deliver durable medical equipment (DME) and wheelchairs</li>\n <li> Retrieve and deliver portable gas tanks, pumps and emergent supplies (SOS & STAT’s)</li>\n <li> Contact Customer Service and managers to report issues</li>\n <li>Maintain assigned areas in a clean and organized manner</li>\n <li>Provide training to new Inventory Technicians, as assigned</li>\n <li>Assist supervisors and managers with work, as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent experience required</li>\n <li>One year in hospital materials distribution, inventory management or logistics preferred</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Lawson (or similar supply chain management systems) required</li>\n <li> Must be a “critical thinker” with an ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communications skills are required for success in this function</li>\n <li>Demonstrated good ability to prioritize work, strong organizational skills and initiative to improve processes</li>\n <li>Consistently display a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PHYSCAL DEMANDS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift 40 lbs.</li>\n <li>Repetitive motion</li>\n <li>Reaching, pushing, pulling carts weighing up to 250lbs.</li>\n <li>Walking, standing for extended periods of time</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive pay & benefits!</li>\n <li>Comprehensive training and development programs that prepare employees to advance from within.</li>\n <li>A company focused on creating a positive work and client environment.</li>\n <li>Employee discounts on entertainment, products, and services nationwide!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Come Join Our Team!</em></strong></p>",
