As a team, we continually embrace our core values:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Passion:</strong> We love helping others succeed.</p>\n<p><strong>Excellence:</strong> We strive to be the best.</p>\n<p><strong>Adaptability:</strong> We learn, in part by trying new ideas.</p>\n<p><strong>Accountability:</strong> We own our results.</p>\n<p><strong>Integrity:</strong> We do the right thing.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<p>The Executive Director of Enrollment Services (EDES) is a key leader at Arizona College of Nursing’s (“College”), working in collaboration with the Campus President to fulfill the College’s mission, “to be the most student-centric college in the world” and its purpose, “to provide people the opportunity to enhance their lives through education.”</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Build and participate in building highly effective campus teams:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Select and train campus admissions team and financial aid teams to achieve outstanding student service, enrollment growth, and staffing efficiency.</li>\n <li>Monitor and ensure compliance with College expectations, including correct phone line and inquiry management.</li>\n <li>Directly observe and provide timely feedback on the quality of student-facing services in admissions and financial aid.</li>\n <li>Manage HESI (A2) test proctoring, collaborating with Campus Operations leadership when additional resources are needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Manage campuses’ enrollment operations:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with function leaders at campuses to ensure appropriate and effective use of budget to support the enrollment services and campus’s success.</li>\n <li>Optimize enrollment services resources and oversee student enrollment.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with function leaders to effectively utilize the budget in support of enrollment services and campus success.</li>\n <li>Ensure effective implementation of the New Student Review (NSR) process.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Achieve enrollment results:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor and report out quality assurance, compliance, and student service metrics.</li>\n <li>Efficiently control testing center access through the Admissions Coordinator.</li>\n <li>Manage Admission HESI (A2) test orders in alignment with enrollment expectations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Strategically engage with stakeholders:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with the Campus President and VP of Enrollment Services (VPES) to achieve College and campus goals.</li>\n <li>Build and increase national partnerships to support growth and reputation.</li>\n <li>Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the New Student Orientation (NSO).</li>\n <li>Plan, coordinate, and execute NSO for all new students, collaborating with the Campus President for speaking roles and additional staffing needs.</li>\n <li>With input from the Campus President and Enrollment Services leadership, submit information for preparation of the annual operating and capital budget of admission staff and areas.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to accreditation standards:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance of all federal and state accreditation rules and regulations.</li>\n <li>Oversee completion of required campus plans or documents to meet regulatory requirements (i.e., ABHES requirements).</li>\n <li>Serve on relevant committees for the campus and the College.</li>\n <li>Enforce the use of compliant materials and procedures in alignment with regulatory standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Arizona College of Nursing, we believe in a collaborative approach where all colleagues work together towards our shared goals.
