          "text": "<p>The HR Controller supports the HR Controlling function by ensuring accurate workforce data, headcount tracking, and HR reporting. This role contributes to workforce planning, budgeting, and analytics activities, enabling HR and Finance teams to make informed people and cost-related decisions.</p><p><strong>HR Data, Reporting &amp; Analytics</strong></p><ul><li>Support preparation and maintenance of headcount (HC) and FTE reporting (actuals, forecast, budget).</li><li>Producing regular HR dashboards and KPI reports (headcount, hiring, vacancies).</li><li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data across systems and reporting files.</li><li>Perform basic variance analysis and flag data discrepancies or risks.</li></ul><p><strong>Workforce Planning &amp; Budget Support</strong></p><ul><li>Support annual workforce planning, budget, and forecast exercises in collaboration with HRBPs and Finance.</li><li>Track approved positions, new hires, leavers, and internal mobility movements.</li><li>Maintain workforce planning and headcount tracking files aligned with financial assumptions.</li></ul><p><strong>HR Cost &amp; Compliance Support</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in monitoring HR-related costs in coordination with Finance.</li><li>Support compliance with internal reporting standards, timelines, and audit requirements.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation in line with internal control guidelines.</li></ul><p><strong>Ad Hoc Analysis &amp; Process Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare ad hoc HR data extracts and reports for HR and Finance teams.</li><li>Support continuous improvement of HR controlling tools, reports, and processes.</li><li>Contribute documentation of HR controlling processes and reporting standards.</li></ul>",
