We are seeking a dynamic and strategic IoT wireless engineer to drive wireless technologies, designs, and quality of the products and network infrastructure. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with the Product team to define the product requirements, feasibility study and estimate the product cost</li>\n <li>Create plans and schedules on the assigned tasks and projects</li>\n <li>Designing and maintaining the IoT wireless products and network infrastructures, aligning plans with business needs</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement and ensure that wireless network connectivity at the site remains top performance  </li>\n <li>Identify potential risks to design and develop strategies to mitigate them </li>\n <li>Creating and updating documentation on network setups, procedures, and troubleshooting procedures</li>\n <li>Partner with cross functional teams (Engineering, Install/Service, Product, and Supply Chain) to deliver exceptional product designs and services to customers</li>\n <li>Ethical behavior, and adherence to Janus standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of experience in electronic design for Internet of Thing (IoT), access, security and building automation Products</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, a related field or equivalent experience</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in IoT wireless protocols and technology</li>\n <li>Experience in IoT wireless design (Bluetooth, Zigbee, WiFi, etc.)</li>\n <li>Delivering design to meet Quality Assurance standards and comply with regional/global regulatory and requirements</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to diagnosing and addressing network related issues quickly</li>\n <li>Proficient in using CAD (Altium) tools for circuit simulation, schematic capture and PCB board layout</li>\n <li>Proficient in using Lab equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum and network analyzers, etc.)</li>\n <li>Require 10% travel.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.</li>\n <li>Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.</li>\n</ul>",
