Roster basis shifts will be allocated. (Day [ 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.] / Evening [ 4:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.] / Night [12:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.]).</li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze network traffic, system logs, and security alerts to identify potential incidents or vulnerabilities.</li>\n<li>Work with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the VitalHub product suites</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Following or graduated with a degree in Cloud Computing, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills which supports customer service.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS and Azure, is an added advantage.</li>\n<li>Ability to work with an open and flexible mindset.</li>\n<li>A strong desire to learn and grow with the company.</li>\n</ul>",
