Help mentally and/or physically impaired patients to participate in tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance their performance</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span>· Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span>· Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span>· Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span>· Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span>· Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal laws</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span>· Other duties as assigned</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span>· Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA program culminating in an associate degree.</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span>· Current state licensure as Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA or equivalent in the states where services are rendered.</span></p><p><span>· CPR certification (when required)</span></p><p><strong>EEOC Statement</strong></p><p>Lifepoint Rehabilitation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
