Reports to the Restaurant AGM and serves as a liaison with restaurant support staff.</p><ul><li>Provides a steady leadership presence on the floor daily, monitoring guest, food and team member service</li><li>Ensures exceptional service standards are consistently met and that activities are carried out effectively</li><li>Inspects dining room and storage areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations</li><li>Purchases supplies, beverages and equipment as per the direction of the Restaurant AGM</li><li>Assists with administrative and operational duties as needed</li><li>Documents, investigates, escalates and resolves all employee and guest incidents</li><li>Performs other duties as required or assigned</li></ul>",
