At Legacy, Pharmacy Services plays a vital role in fulfilling our mission to make life better for everyone.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you’re a <strong>Pharmacy Technician</strong> who shares our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care, we invite you to consider joining our dedicated team.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Work under the direct supervision of a pharmacist to support patients throughout various phases of care.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collect the <strong>best possible medication history</strong> to support accurate and timely medication reconciliation by the care team.</p></li>\n <li><p>Facilitate the <strong>provision of discharge medications</strong>, helping ensure patients have access to necessary medications upon leaving the hospital.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate closely with pharmacists, nurses, physicians, and other care team members to ensure safe and effective medication use during transitions of care.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support efforts to reduce medication-related readmissions and improve continuity of care.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.  </li>\n <li>Graduate of a pharmacy technician program preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience: </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician required; retail hospital experience preferred. </li>\n <li>Experience applying customer service behaviors and communication skills required. </li>\n <li>Basic familiarity with computers and keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Licensure</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current applicable state Pharmacy Technician Licensure or Pharmacy Intern License required prior to date of hire and maintained thereafter.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $29.67 - USD $38.77 /Hr.\n<h2>Our Commitment to Health and Equal Opportunity</h2>\n<p>Our Legacy is good for health for Our People, Our Patients, Our Communities, Our World.
