We are looking for a qualified and organized Illinois licensed social worker to provide oversight of the outpatient behavioral health program providing mental health services to adults, senior adults, and children & adolescents.  We can work with LCPC or LCSW certifications.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a hospital position with all benefits and salary provided by the hospital.  Memorial Behavioral Health Center offers generous benefits and PTO, <em><strong>on-site childcare</strong>, </em>with a competitive starting salary range of $77k - $118,560k, depending on qualifications and experience. Days only, no weekends or on-call.  Good growth opportunities as well.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Specific responsibilities </p>\n<p><strong>Your specific duties as the Director of Behavioral Health will include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the outpatient program</li>\n <li>Hands-on supervision for approximately 20 staff</li>\n <li>Experience leading program development with short-term and long-term goals</li>\n <li>Ensuring compliance with hospital, state, federal, and licensing agency regulatory standards</li>\n <li>Establishing relationships with community leaders and service providers to promote/foster the positive reputation of the program</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements/Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications Required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Unencumbered Illinois Master's level license - LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent. </li>\n <li>Experience with program development and supervision</li>\n <li>Experience working with patients of varying ages and backgrounds</li>\n <li>Be able to pass background and drug screen</li>\n <li>Have or be able to obtain IM + CANS certification within 30days of hire.</li>\n <li>Management experience in community mental health; knowledge of community agencies; familiarity with Illinois mental health services and the child welfare state system; very helpful. </li>\n</ul>",
