    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>GENERAL SUMMARY</strong>:</p>\n<p>Perform a variety of general repairs, installations, and maintenance on facility equipment, building and utility systems.&nbsp; Perform general carpentry, floor repairs and general repairs of facility.&nbsp; Maintain record of maintenance and repairs.&nbsp; Make routine checks and inspections of equipment for proper lubrication and other general maintenance functions.&nbsp; Check out problem areas and make repairs and adjustments as needed.&nbsp; Refer complex situations to supervisor.&nbsp; Operate machines, tools, perform welding and other maintenance tasks as required.</p>\n<p><strong>PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </strong>include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain, adjust, and repair machinery and equipment throughout facility</li>\n <li>Perform general carpentry work and repairs to building and grounds</li>\n <li>Perform inspections of equipment and machines and make necessary repairs as directed</li>\n <li>Maintain log of maintenance performed on machinery and equipment</li>\n <li>Respond to maintenance request items as assigned by supervisor</li>\n <li>Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner</li>\n <li>Maintain clean and safe work environment using correct tools properly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
