In addition, the Beverage Shift Supervisor ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training of staff and a hands-on, lead by example management style. <strong>Pay starts at $22.33/hour. Needs to be open toto work swings hours. 3-11 PM weekday and 5PM till 1 AM weekends. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Essential duties and tasks that must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.</li>\n <li>Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC</li>\n <li>Provides the tools, training. communication and supplies necessary for the beverage team to deliver exemplary guest service.</li>\n <li>Assists in scheduling Beverage team members to ensure appropriate coverage during regular operating hours and special events.</li>\n <li>Monitors par levels and daily inventory of supplies.</li>\n <li>Maintains beverage inventory and supplies in accordance with business demands.</li>\n <li>Participates in weekly inventory and assists Beverage Manager with weekly and monthly orders.</li>\n <li>Requires that payment, and/or comp authorization is received upon service of all food and beverage items provided and is responsible for assisting food and beverage staff in the proper balancing of the cash register at the end of each shift.
