At Dreyer's, we believe we exist to Restore Properties and Restore Property Owners Peace of Mind.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position is responsible for Restoring Properties effectively according to IICRC guidelines. This position accomplishes this through Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, and Fire/Structure cleaning commercial and residential properties.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position handles water extraction, containment setup and breakdown, demolition, cleaning, moving in/out of contents on all mold, water, fire and smoke damage claims. This position is also expected to be able to set up and monitor the appropriate equipment to complete the project. Experience highly preferred.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation: This job averages 8-10 hours of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">overtime </span>per week. font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Removes carpet, carpet pads, drywall and insulation as necessary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Hauls debris from job sites</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Moves customer contents from work areas as necessary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Maintains deadlines for content and cleaning projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34);
