You will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects that contribute to our company's growth and technological innovation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for driving technical decisions and must stay abreast of advancements in related technologies. Working with the broader R&amp;D team, focusing on developing new features and supporting existing customers. You will bring the right engineering capabilities to the existing team to make it more cohesive and effective.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them.</li>\n<li>Participates in the development of software user manuals. May act as a team leader on less complex projects.</li>\n<li>Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.</li>\n<li>Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.</li>\n<li>Coordinate and communicate with global product management, program management, QA, and technical support at various stages of product development.</li>\n<li>Understand Business requirements and convert them into technical requirement.</li>\n<li>Analyze, design, and develop web applications with good code quality aspects.</li>\n<li>Effective and proactive communication with across the global team.</li>\n<li>Perform active measures to ensure products functions as intended.</li>\n<li>Develop and test proof of concepts using various tools and frameworks.</li>\n<li>Own work assignments end-to-end building out capabilities and features for product needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desired Requirements / Hands-on Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>BE/BTech/MCA/Equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related technical field from an accredited university or college with 4 + years of relevant experience</li>\n<li>4+ years hands on experience with Java</li>\n<li>Spring Boot</li>\n<li>Spring and Hibernate</li>\n<li>RabbitMQ integration experience using Spring AMQP</li>\n<li>Messaging systems preferably with RabbitMQ</li>\n<li>Linux environment</li>\n<li>Experience with modern source control tools (Git, GitHub)</li>\n<li>Experience in RDBMS databases preferably in-depth knowledge of MS-SQL server, No SQL database like Cassandra</li>\n<li>Familiarity with CI/CD processes (Jenkins)</li>\n<li>Independent learning skills &amp; troubleshooting abilities.</li>\n<li>Strong programming background in SQL Queries, stored procedures, complex functions, triggers, and indexing</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile / SAFE Software Development</li>\n<li>Exposure to Cloud Technologies – Dockers, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS</li>\n<li>Responsible for POC as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desired Behaviors</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Adaptability:</span> Demonstrates flexibility and openness to change.
