This role will be responsible for treasury management, sales and use tax, federal and state tax coordination, account reconciliations, month-end close, payroll accounting, and internal controls.</p><p><br></p><p>This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and can help build scalable accounting processes and financial discipline.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><u>Accounting &amp; Close</u></p><ul><li>Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.</li><li>Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.</li><li>Ensure accuracy of the general ledger across multiple entities.</li><li>Assist with financial statement preparation and audit support.</li></ul><p><u>Treasury &amp; Cash Management</u></p><ul><li>Manage daily cash activity and banking transactions.</li><li>Prepare and maintain weekly cash flow forecasts to support liquidity planning and working capital management.</li><li>Coordinate treasury reporting and lender requests.</li></ul><p><u>Tax &amp; Compliance</u></p><ul><li>Oversee sales and use tax filings across multiple states.</li><li>Coordinate federal and state tax compliance with external partners.</li><li>Support audits, business licenses, and regulatory filings.</li></ul><p><u>Payroll &amp; Controls</u></p><ul><li>Review payroll entries and related account reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures.</li><li>Support compliance with company policies and DOA requirements.</li></ul><p><u>Systems &amp; Process Improvement</u></p><ul><li>Support accounting process improvements and workflow standardization.</li><li>Help streamline processes across branches and acquired entities.</li><li>Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
