    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Field Service Technical Engineer will provide technical support for the project site team. &nbsp;This is a hands-on position working closely with corporate IT, onsite project team members and 3rd party contractors.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> $56,000 - $70,000 DOE</p><p><strong>PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Install, troubleshoot &amp; repair hardware, software, &amp; peripheral equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Assist/manage site-wide network setup and support</li><li>Assist with jobsite trailer mobilization and demobilization as required</li><li>Work with site team to proactively address and resolve service requests and/or to gather information necessary to resolve service requests.</li><li>Communicate with other IT team members to resolve issues and expedite work</li><li>Work with 3rd party vendors/support as needed</li><li>Manage service tickets in IT ticketing system</li><li>Effectively determine when to escalate an issue</li><li>Willing to work during non-business hours when necessary to support site moves, local network upgrades, etc.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Standing/Walking/Sitting: Workday is combination of sitting/walking and standing &nbsp;</li><li>Legs: Must be able to climb stairs - 5% of day</li><li>Hands/Arms: Constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use &nbsp;</li><li>Vision: Visual acuity in near, mid and far range vision.
