This is a part-time/PRN position designed to provide coverage during the week and weekends as well as needed. Candidates should have a flexible schedule, with a tentative regular day during the week and Saturday hours. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving, energetic outpatient clinic pharmacy!</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span> Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (R.Ph.) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills:</span> Proficiency in basic compounding is required. Experience with PioneerRX pharmacy management software and independent retail operations is highly preferred.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Licensure:</span> Must hold a current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Utah.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clinical &amp; Retail Operations:</span> Fulfill all clinical and retail pharmacy functions, ensuring drugs are dispensed safely, accurately, and in compliance with state and federal laws.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Patient Care:</span> Provide expert consultation to patients regarding prescription medications, non-prescription products, and medical devices.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operational Support:</span> Assist with ordering products, inventory management, and supporting pharmacy initiatives to stimulate growth within the clinic and retail sectors.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance &amp; Safety:</span> Maintain effective controls against theft or diversion, ensure accurate record-keeping in the data processing system, and submit relevant information to the Controlled Substance Database in a timely manner.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compounding &amp; Distribution:</span> Oversee bulk compounding and packaging for nursing homes or extended care facilities as required.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Leadership:</span> Provide education and training to pharmacy technicians and interns; delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth daily operations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Facility Management:</span> Execute opening and closing procedures, including securing the facility and managing alarm codes.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Excellence:</span> Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a professional, action-oriented approach.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and manage workflows in a busy environment.</li>\n<li>Self-starter mentality with a \"team player\" attitude.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and lead subordinates effectively.</li>\n<li>Flexibility to provide coverage for the Pharmacy Director as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif\">Hours: </span></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Monday-Friday 8:30-6:30 Saturday 9-1</span><br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>",
