    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>General Responsibilities</strong></p><p>To receive and prepare samples ready to conduct laboratory testing as requested by the client.</p><p><strong>Specific Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conducting metallurgical tests including, but not limited to, gravity concentration, flotation concentration and leaching.</li><li>Preparation, review and analysis of testing data.</li><li>Identify and correct quality control problems.</li><li>Provide direction and supervision of testing as required.</li><li>General maintenance of equipment; and</li><li>Keeping the lab in a generally clean condition</li><li>Previous laboratory experience is preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits Information</strong></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">The base wage for this position is up to $28.00 per hour. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
