Be an ambassador for our brand as a Reservations Agent, where the engaging and anticipatory service you provide over the telephone and email will make our guests feel valued, and reflect the exceptional hotel experience to come.</p><p><strong>Rate of Pay:</strong> $20.33 / hour<br>\n<strong>Position Type:&#xa0;</strong>Permenant&#xa0;<br>\n<strong>Start Date:</strong> June 2026</p><p><strong>Job Duties Include:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensuring all inbound phone calls directed to the Reservations line are answered in a prompt and professional manner and that all standards are met.</li><li>Managing multiple high volume mailboxes for our Tour &amp; FIT segment and Transient segments ensuring responses are delivered in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Providing our guests with a personalized experience by helping the guests select the best room and rate option to suit their vacation needs.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring that the information on the reservations is set up accurately and look for ways to enhance the guest experience while adhering to all GDPR privacy standards.</li><li>Reviewing all reservations made on the previous date to ensure they are accurate and all pertinent information is noted.</li><li>Actively promote the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and the benefits of membership.</li><li>Act as an ambassador for our guests, the hotel and community.</li><li>General office work, i.e. photocopying, filing, faxing, etc.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
