This position is well-suited for a problem-solver who is passionate about helping customers progress during each phase of onboarding. You will play a critical role in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes efficiently. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and proactive problem-solver who is passionate about customer success and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement in departmental processes. This position reports to the Director of Implementation and Enrollments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">Core Responsibilities</strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li data-pasted=\"true\">Lead and manage the Medicaid Enrollment team, including training, performance management, and professional development</li><li>Oversee daily operations for all Medicaid enrollment activities, including initial applications, revalidations, and updates</li><li>Ensure compliance with state and federal Medicaid regulations and payer-specific requirements</li><li>Maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting to leadership on enrollment progress, turnaround times, and issue resolution</li><li>Collaborate with Implementation, Billing, and Account Management teams to ensure providers are fully operational post-enrollment</li><li>Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent and efficient enrollment practices</li><li>Serve as an escalation point for complex enrollment issues, guiding the team through problem-solving and resolution</li><li>Partner with Product and Operations teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement</li><li>Stay current with Medicaid policy changes and communicate updates to internal teams and providers</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience and Skills<br></strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li data-pasted=\"true\">Minimum 3 years of experience in Medicaid enrollments, credentialing, or provider onboarding (multi-state experience strongly preferred)</li><li>Minimum 2 years of people management experience with proven leadership in a healthcare operations setting</li><li>Strong knowledge of Medicaid regulations, revalidation processes, and compliance requirements</li><li>Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), databases, and MS Office Suite</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred</li><li>Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Medical, dental, and vision benefits</li><li>401k retirement plan</li><li>Aflac benefits</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development support</li></ul><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p>$75,000-$85,000 depending on experience</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
