This role manages project teams, guides clients through analytics strategy, and ensures high-quality execution across engagements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data &amp; Analytics Leadership</span></p>\n<p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data needs across the organization.</p>\n<p>- Ensure availability, quality, and accessibility of data to support strategic decision-making.</p>\n<p>- Lead, mentor, and develop analysts and developers on best practices in analytics and BI.</p>\n<p>- Provide training on cloud-based data management and analytics tools.</p>\n<p>- Coach analysts on BI techniques, data modeling, and data storytelling.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Analysis &amp; Problem Solving</span></p>\n<p>- Investigate client business problems through interviews and workshops.</p>\n<p>- Model solution options, evaluate trade-offs, and propose process improvements.</p>\n<p>- Partner with Change Management to support communication, adoption, and implementation of new processes.</p>\n<p>- Facilitate stakeholder alignment on data quality, metrics, and reporting needs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project &amp; Client Management</span></p>\n<p>- Lead BI and analytics projects, managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and scope.</p>\n<p>- Oversee project plans, budgets, resourcing, and execution.</p>\n<p>- Partner with clients to define business requirements, KPIs, and success measures.</p>\n<p>- Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders across all levels.</p>\n<p>- Build strong client relationships and provide thought leadership on data strategy.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT IT TAKES</span></p>\n<p>This role requires adaptability, curiosity, and strong execution skills.
