    "description": "<h2>Job Purpose</h2>\n<p><strong>About IP Solutions</strong> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>RWS IP Solutions is the world’s leading provider of intellectual property support services. </p>\n<p>With over 60 years of experience, our leadership in high quality patent translations, foreign patent filing, IP research and patent renewal services is unrivalled. </p>\n<p>Combining expert patent translators and advanced technology ensure translations of the highest consistency and quality.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We help streamline clients’ internal processes, providing flexible, cost-effective foreign filing services reducing the administrative burden associated with protecting IP on a global scale. </p>\n<p>We offer patent renewals and recordals services, as well as the widest range of IP research services on the market. </p>\n<p>RWS IP Solutions supports its clients throughout the entire IP lifecycle, from concept to commercialisation. </p>\n<p>RWS clients include many of the world's best known brands, and 18 out of 20 of the world’s largest patent filers.</p>\n<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in product recommendations by providing insights and technical expertise.</li>\n <li>Create, launch, and manage RWS studies within AOP Connect, ensuring alignment with client expectations and study objectives.</li>\n <li>Review and assess the accuracy and relevance of researcher-submitted responses, providing feedback and guidance as needed.</li>\n <li>Present study findings to clients in a clear and professional manner during client status calls.</li>\n <li>Provide technical guidance and support to researchers, leveraging your expertise in patents and related technical fields.</li>\n <li>Oversee the closure of studies, including the preparation of final reports and the administration of researcher rewards.</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with other study managers and researchers to ensure the successful execution of research projects.</li>\n <li>Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all deliverables.</li>\n <li>Successful creation, launch, and management of RWS studies in AOP Connect.</li>\n <li>Timely and accurate review of researcher-submitted responses.</li>\n <li>Clear and concise presentation of study results to clients during status calls.</li>\n <li>Effective technical guidance provided to researchers to ensure the accuracy and quality of research.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Engineering degree with expertise in electrical engineering, physics, or telecommunications </li>\n <li>Law degree is a plus</li>\n <li> 5+ years of experience in patent law, including experience in patent search and/or patent examination.
