As a Sales Associate in our TUDOR Boutique, you’ll play a key role in shaping each client’s experience from offering personalized assistance, sharing your product knowledge, and guiding them through their luxury journey. From the first conversation to purchase and beyond, you will ensure that they feel confident and valued in their decisions. If you take pride in creating memorable moments and elevating the client experience, we’d love to meet you!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">As a TUDOR Sales Associate at Raffi Jewellers, you will:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guide clients through the process of selection, decision making, and client after-sales, using a detailed understanding of all products and services available.</li>\n<li>Maintain and transfer knowledge of brand heritage, collection, features and key attributes to clients, adhering to TUDOR and Raffi brand guidelines to assist clients to making the most informed decisions based on their needs and preferences.</li>\n<li>Develop and foster long-term relationships with clients, perform regular follow-ups and address any post-purchase needs.</li>\n<li>Ensure that the showroom meets the visual expectations of the brand.</li>\n<li>Collaborate and assist co-workers when required to ensure that customer service is always maintained to the highest level.</li>\n<li>Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of tasks but reflects the core responsibilities of the role.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You will thrive in this role if you:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are responsive, courteous and can communicate effectively with a diverse client base.</li>\n<li>Are a client-forward thinker and dedicated to cultivating and maintaining longstanding relationships with clients.</li>\n<li>Enjoying working collaboratively within a close cross functional team environment and have a strong ability to multitask.</li>\n<li>Have a strong sense of client management and consistent follow-through.</li>\n<li>Are curious, adaptable and willing to learn, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with CRM tools, scheduling tools and Microsoft Office.</li>\n<li>Flexible to work hours based on operational business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays.</li>\n<li>Qualified candidates must have valid work authorization for employment in Canada.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Raffi Jewellers:</span><br><br></p>\n<p>At Raffi Jewellers, we are proud to be a trusted name in Ontario, serving Mississauga, the GTA, and surrounding areas as an Authorized Retailer of Rolex, Tudor, Raffi Fine Diamond Jewellery, and Fine Accessories.
