We are looking for a product leader who is as comfortable defining 10x growth strategies as they are rolling up their sleeves to ensure flawless delivery.</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"></p><span><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span>\n<p><strong>Market Insight &amp; Product Strategy</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Synthesize deep customer empathy with a rigorous analysis of market trends and the competitive landscape to drive informed decision-making.</li>\n <li>Uncover and validate market whitespace, emerging trends, and high-impact growth levers to inform our strategic direction.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Define and evangelize an aspirational product vision for our Property &amp; Facility Management suite, aligning it with our long-term company goals and market opportunities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Roadmap &amp; Backlog Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Translate high-level strategy into a high-impact roadmap that rigorously balances customer value, business ROI, and technical constraints.</li>\n <li>Author and maintain a high-velocity backlog characterized by precision-engineered epics and user stories with robust acceptance criteria.</li>\n <li>Execute complex tradeoff decisions that prioritize speed to market without compromising long term solution scalability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Product Discovery &amp; Experience Optimization</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with Design and UX to co-create, prototype, and rapidly validate solutions that solve user problems.</li>\n <li>Spearhead an experimentation culture by utilizing A/B testing and user research to relentlessly optimize user journeys and business outcomes.</li>\n <li>Synthesize qualitative user feedback with quantitative behavioral data to drive high-conviction product decisions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Functional Execution</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work in lockstep with Engineering to translate complex requirements into shippable code, maintaining a relentless focus on quality and \"on-time\" delivery.</li>\n <li>Socialize priorities and scope across the organization, ensuring cross-functional stakeholders are unified on expected outcomes and trade-offs.</li>\n <li>Own the mission.
