The role provides technical guidance and operational support for resource mobilization, ensuring the region achieves its funding diversification goals through building high-value partnerships with institutional donors, corporates, and foundations. The Manager will design and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with ECA’s strategic priorities, positioning the organization as a preferred partner for sustainable development initiatives.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Position in the Organisation</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The Regional BD Manager reports to the Regional Head of Programmes of Solidaridad Eastern and Central Africa Expertise Centre and works closely with the Managing Director, Country Managers, country BD focal points, and country-level teams.
