font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>CLASSIFICATION: &nbsp; Non-Exempt (hourly) <u>On-Call</u></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Accomplishes all tasks assigned by the Diving Supervisor. &nbsp;In the event they are assigned a task for which they do not consider themselves qualified by either training and/or experience, they shall immediately inform the Diving Supervisor.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Reads, understands, and complies with all policies and applicable government regulations as they relate to their qualifications or performance while engaging in diving operations.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Complies with regulations or instructions concerning the use, maintenance, repair, and testing of all diving equipment provided for the operation.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Reports to the Diving Supervisor about any recent medical treatment or illness so that a proper determination can be made concerning their fitness to dive.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Immediately report all symptoms or suspected symptoms as early and accurately as possible.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Report to the Diving Supervisor any defect or malfunction of the diving equipment provided for the diving operation.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Follows safe diving practices at all times during the diving operation whether on deck or in the water. &nbsp;Bring to the attention of the Diving Supervisor any questionable items. &nbsp; Remains alert for the safety of others.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Assists in the training of new personnel or tenders.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Remains awake and in the vicinity of the decompression chamber for at least one hour following treatment or a hyperbaric exposure outside the no decompression limits.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Knows and observes the rules for flying after diving or traveling to altitudes higher than the dive site.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensures that their diving equipment has been correctly maintained, prepared, and tested before each dive. &nbsp;This requirement should never be delegated to others.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain a diver&rsquo;s logbook, which details all dives, medical examinations, courses taken, and personal equipment maintenance.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure their medical certificates are up-to-date and recorded in their logbook.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Presents their logbook to the Diving Supervisor on every job.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintains current certification in first aid and CPR.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Complies with established quality management system (QMS) processes and procedures.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Completes administrative office duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">High School Diploma or GED</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Graduate of a professional diving school.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">A minimum of two years of actual underwater work experience.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to pass the written Diver 3 test with a score of at least 80%.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Demonstrated diving ability and preferably 50 or more working dives.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Demonstrated ability to plan dive operations requiring decompression and repetitive dives.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Demonstrated knowledge of normal decompression and treatment tables.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Documented 100 days minimum field experience on diving jobs.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to pass an annual diving physical. &nbsp; Significant physical effort is required. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Willingness to accept exposure to physical risk.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">U.S. Government security clearance desired.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Possession of a current U.S. Passport, ADCI Card, and TWIC Card.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability and willingness to travel worldwide, on short notice for indefinite periods.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
