    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p>The Recovery Specialist position will offer guidance and support to individuals seeking or in recovery from substance use disorders and/or mental health needs. The Recovery Specialist is willing to use and share his or her personal, practical experience, knowledge, and first-hand insight to benefit the team and its clients. As a full integrated team member, the Recovery Specialist will provide expertise about the recovery process, symptom management, and the persistence required by clients to have a satisfying life. He or she will collaborate to promote a team culture that recognizes, understands, and respects each client&rsquo;s point of view, experiences, and preferences. The Recovery Specialist will be responsible to maximize client choice, self-determination and decision-making in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of treatment, rehabilitation and support services. Other activities will include: peer counseling and consultation to individual clients, families, and team staff; acting as a liaison with community resources; carrying out case management, rehabilitation, and support functions; and assisting in treatment, substance abuse services, education, support and consultation to families, and crisis intervention under the clinical supervision of staff with professional degrees.</p><p>Shift: 7p-7a, .90 FTE, 36hrs/wk. alternating weekends.</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;margin-left:1.5in;text-indent:-1.5in;' data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Education: High school diploma or equivalent</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;margin-left:1.5in;text-indent:-1.5in;'><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Experience:&nbsp;</span><span style='font-family:\"Helvetica\",sans-serif;color:#0A0A0A;background:#FEFEFE;'>An individual living in recovery with a mental health and/or substance use condition.
