          "text": "<p>The Chief Engineer responsible for all working matters under the operations and maintenance of building systems at CMI’s customer site in Culpeper, VA.</p><p><strong>Key Job Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the building’s systems including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and supervision of technicians.</li><li>Performs Preventive Maintenance tasks involving keeping equipment in good working order to reduce downtime and prevent breakdowns.</li><li>Shall be onsite in a full-time capacity and on-call to respond to emergencies.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>The Chief Engineer must possess at a minimum five (5) years of experience within the past seven (7) years in the management of building mechanical maintenance operations and supervision of technicians for a facility or facility campus of at least 1 million square feet.</li><li>The Chief Engineer must possess a valid stationary engineer’s license at least equivalent to a Class 3 Steam Engineer (DC) or First Grade Engineer (MD</li><li>Demonstrate competency in other disciplines such as HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical through a combination of education, professional registration and experience.</li><li>An industry certification from International Facility Management Association (CFM, FMP and/or SFP), Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI), and/or Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE) are highly desirable.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to plan, organize and meet project deadlines.</li><li>Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and prioritize work, as required.</li><li>Demonstrate working knowledge of engineering and building systems.</li><li>Ability to read, review, and understand blueprints.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Shall be available for emergency contact by phone twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year.</li><li>Shall have an availability to work flexible hours as required in response to emergency situations.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, CMMS and project tracking software.</li></ul>",
