This individual will be responsible for directly implementing lifts of assigned teams. They will be responsible for encouraging a trusting training environment for the student athlete population. They will also help assisting with data collection with our Velocity Based Training systems integrated through our programming app. They will have a curriculum to follow to learn how to design and develop programs for our injured athletes.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Monitor safe lifting protocols &amp; weight progression with teams assigned</li><li>Implement the programs for assigned teams<ul><li>dynamic warm-up, demonstrations of lifts/new phases</li></ul></li><li>Assist with set up and break down of racks (not limited to: switching out weights/racks and set up during lift as transition)</li><li>Show up 30 minutes before each of their team&rsquo;s lift</li><li>Assist in program design and modification for injured/returning to play athletes</li><li>Assist in sanitizing and cleaning weight room equipment at least 2 times during the week</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Must be a Life University student who is eligible to receive Work Study funds</li><li>Proper attire for this position follows the rules of the weight room athletes adhere to</li><li>Responsible for following all the topics in the curriculum set throughout the quarter(s)</li><li>Must be able to at least lift 45lbs (be physically able to demonstrate exercises)</li><li>Must be able to be on time &amp; over communicate</li><li>Basic Microsoft Excel skills</li></ul></div></div>\n    </div>\n  </div>\n",
